Govinda (Gopal Krishna)

4

Govinda means “protector of cows,” and Gopal means “one who takes care of cows.” In this form, Krishna lived in Vrindavan as a young cowherd. He spent his days grazing cows, playing the flute, and enjoying time with his friends and the gopis. His flute music was so sweet that it attracted everyone around him.

Govinda represents love, kindness, and harmony with nature. People worship Gopal Krishna as a symbol of care, joy, and devotion. His life teaches the importance of protecting animals, living simply, and spreading happiness.
